As part of my Master's Dissertation, I am conducting a research on the motivation of Ukrainians who studied English at school. The research title is:
The Role of the Target Language Culture in ELT: the attitudes of Ukrainian people towards learning English
I am interested in comparing the motivations of the learners who studied English in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s (Soviet era) and in post-soviet and modern Ukraine.
